Initial Comments:An off-site follow-up survey conducted on December 27, 2023, found that Honest Elite Caregivers, Inc., had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an initial Medicare certification and state licensure survey completed on October 25, 2023.
